How to Pay Your Spectrum Bill

  1. Online at Spectrum.net. Sign in with your Primary or Admin account, select Billing, then Make a Payment or Pay My Bill. Accepts checking/savings account, debit card, or credit card.
  2. My Spectrum app (iOS and Android). Sign in, select the Billing tab, and tap Make Payment.
  3. Your bank website. Add Spectrum as a payee through your bank. No processing fee from Spectrum.
  4. Spectrum Store (in person). No processing fee. Accepts checking/savings, debit/credit cards, cash, money orders, and HSA.
  5. Third-party agents. Western Union, MoneyGram, Walmart, Schnucks Supermarkets, and other local businesses may accept Spectrum payments. Fees vary by agent.
  6. Mail. Check or money order with your account number. No cash by mail.
  7. AutoPay. Available for all services; required for Spectrum Mobile. A $5 fee applies for AutoPay failures starting May 14, 2025.
